COVID-19 Policy

A 3 layer surgical or N95/Kn95 mask is required in the building at all times. If you need a mask when you get here, please let us know.

If you or anyone in your household have had a COVID exposure, or symptomatic illness in the past 2 weeks, a negative PCR test is required to receive treatment

If you have had COVID, appointment must be at least 14 days after symptom onset, you must be completely asymptomatic, and provide a negative antigen test within 48 hours of treatment. 

If you have travelled away from home in the past 14 days, a negative test is required for treatment.

When you arrive, Please text 845.605.2707 from your car, and we will ask you some Covid-19 screening questions before you enter the building.
